Multi-5

The Multi-5 is a new AB axes cutting head rail system for retrofitting to existing pure waterjet machines to enable a 5 axes cutting function. Fitted with up to 6 cutting heads to give high productivity where 5 axes cutting is required. Also available as part of a new waterjet system from QteC.

SteelWave

A new type of cutting plan designed to reduce, or as in most cases remove the necessity to use expensive underlay materials. With minimal backsplash from the individual exchangeable wave elements, productivity can also be increased by removing the need to continuously replace underlay material between cutting cycles.

EasyCut-S

QteC has developed a sliding tabel.
The EasyCut-S with a sliding tabel is available
in sizes up to 1500 x 2000 mm.

New Business partner

QteC are working together with Dannozzle and are pleased to offer a new range of nozzles for hydro cleaning.
Dannozzle are specialists in the developement of nozzles for cleaning of evapourators and heat exchangers. Dannozzle has developed a unique nozzle that removes hard deposit in pipes with a much lower pressure than seen before.

Waterjet machines

QteC offer a wide selection of different waterjet machines, in all sizes, to meet the customers demands.

Cutting specification

Many things influence the cutting velocity. When cutting with abrasive, the water pressure, the size of both orifice and nozzle, volume of abrasive, thickness of the material, the material itself and the quality of cut required can all have an influence on cutting velocities.

The correct cutting velocity is often found with experience, but there is a number of calculations programs witch can find th right velocity.

Its only ment as a guidance and only for abrasiv cutting

Below is a table of different materials. It is however only for one size of orifice, nozzle and pressure.
