Multi-5The Multi-5 is a new AB axes cutting head rail system for retrofitting to existing pure waterjet machines to enable a 5 axes cutting function. Fitted with up to 6 cutting heads to give high productivity where 5 axes cutting is required. Dannozzle are specialists in the developement of nozzles for cleaning of evapourators and heat exchangers. Dannozzle has developed a unique nozzle that removes hard deposit in pipes with a much lower pressure than seen before.

Dannozzle have developed an entirely new nozzle concept for cleaning tubular structures such as heat exchangers, evapourators, waste water systems, etc. where layers of hardened deposits develope. These new cleaning head nozzles have proven to be so effective that it is possible to remove deposits at a much lower water pressure, therfore saving on running costs and using less energy.
VibRotor consists of a body, 3 directional control nozzles, and 4 rotating nozzles. The principle behind VibRotor is that as pressurised water passes through the nozzles it will cause fins mounted on the head to vibrate, as the fins vibrate they will cause small cracks to occure in the hardened deposit layer. The 4 rotating nozzle jets are then able to further open the cracks and then remove the deposit layer. The 3 directional control nozzles ensure that a positive pressure is kept on the deposit layer and direction changes are very easily controlled.
VibRotor is far more effective at cleaning the internal walls of a tubular structure than conventional water blasting techniques.
